Which bed base is right for me?
Slats:
This base features wooden slats spaced evenly to provide breathability and mattress support. It’s perfect for those who prefer a lightweight yet durable foundation. Ideal for families and frequent movers due to its easy assembly and portability.
Solid Base:
A solid platform designed for maximum mattress support and a sleek look. Best suited for those seeking a firm, no-frills foundation. Great for individuals prioritising stability or for use in master bedrooms.
Gas Lift / Ottoman:
A multifunctional base with hidden storage and a gas-lift mechanism for effortless access. Perfect for smaller spaces or anyone needing extra storage without sacrificing style. Ideal for apartment dwellers or those looking to keep their bedroom clutter-free.
What size should I buy?

Can I cancel my order?
Order Cancellation and Returns Policy:
At Drift interiors, we strive to provide clarity and transparency in our process.
Customers may cancel any order for a full refund if the order has not yet entered production.
Once an order has been sent to production, cancellation is still possible; however, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of committed raw materials, administrative work, and processing time.
For delivered orders, we do not accept returns as all items are made-to-order. in an unlikely event if the product is faulty or if we have delivered the wrong product we will come to a suitable solution.

Shipping
What is the shipping policy?
At Drift Interiors, we aim to keep you informed every step of the way.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that our fulfillment team have received your order. When your order has been fulfilled, you will receive another email notification containing your tracking information.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?
At Drift Interiors, we are committed to be providing the highest possible service standards to our local customers. Currently, we have not identified a logistics partner capable of delivering the same service level internationally.
As a result, we are unable to deliver orders to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, or locations further abroad. However, we deeply appreciate the international interest in our products. If you are located outside our delivery zones, we would be happy to accommodate orders on an Ex-Works basis, allowing you to organize and arrange collection from our warehouse.
Returns
Can i return if my bed has not been slept in?
Unfortunately, no. All orders are bespoke and made specifically for each individual customer, so we cannot accept returns for non-defective items.
However, if there are any defects or issues with your bed, we will gladly replace or refund the item in line with our quality assurance policy. Please contact us within 48 hour if you notice any defects so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Under what circumstances are returns viable?
As all our beds are bespoke and made to order for each customer, returns are only viable under the following circumstances:
1. Defects or Damage: If the bed is found to have manufacturing defects or was damaged during delivery, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
2. Incorrect Item: If you received the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
3. Statutory Rights: Your statutory consumer rights apply, meaning you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty or misrepresented goods.
For any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue to initiate the return or replacement process.
Delivery
Can i change my delivery date?
Yes, you can request to change your delivery date, but this depends on the status of your order and our delivery schedule.
• If your order hasn’t been dispatched: Contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred delivery date.
• If your order is already en route: Changes may not be possible, but we’ll work with you to explore alternative solutions, such as rescheduling redelivery.

What is the lead after placing my order?
As all of our products are bespoke and made to order, the lead time depends on the type of item purchased.
Below is an overview of our typical lead times:
• Beds: Production and delivery usually take 4-6 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
• Headboards, Benches, and Footstools: Lead time is typically 2-4 weeks.
• Marble Furniture: Due to the complexity of production, the lead time for marble furniture is 6-8 weeks.
We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase and keep you updated throughout the process.
